Joanne has been part of the Young Women’s Project for over 30 years, bringing relentless commitment, and lived understanding to her leadership. 

Julie’s been part of YWP since its early days. After acquiring a youth work qualification in 1987, Gladstone Terrace has been her home ever since.

Paula’s job is making sure everything ticks! If she can help in any way, she’s on it. She’s the go-to person who wears many hats and keeps our office shipshape. 

Ann works in several groups and is also present in our mother and baby sessions.  

Abigail works in groups and on one-to-ones, providing a safe space for young people to explore their thoughts and feelings. 

Celine leads our group work and also one-to-one sessions when needed. 

Claire delivers our youth sessions and provides informal education. 

From service user to fully-fledged staff member. Shauna works with our young women in a group setting to support them through their journey and struggles.
