by their side to figure it out

These sessions are tailored for young women who may be neurodivergent, waiting for an ADHD diagnosis, extremely anxious, struggling with their mental health or find group settings difficult.

We listen first – building trust at their pace – and offer whatever support they need, whether that’s a pathway into our groups, advocacy, or guidance and signposting to specialist services.

We also deliver tailored one-to-one programmes, including support around healthy relationships, domestic abuse, and child sexual exploitation, giving each young woman space to talk, help to make sense of her experiences, and stay safe.

our services

Our specialised group programmes are influenced by the young women themselves – giving them real ownership over what they learn and create together.

When things feel overwhelming, we speak up on behalf of young women. As trusted advocates, we make sure they’re heard, have access to the support they’re entitled to, and can move forward with confidence.

Working with pregnant young women and teenage mothers, we help them navigate the challenges of early parenthood, including health, education, and financial pressures.

Many young women choose to access support from our on-site female counsellors because they feel safe, accepted and understood, and like knowing exactly who they’ll meet each time.
