You can get support if you’re pregnant, a young mother, or just having a tough time. You can be referred by someone like your school or social worker, or you can reach out yourself – no one will judge you, and we’ll help you figure out what support works best for you.
We’ll visit you in your home. It’s very informal – just a chance to chat, see how you’re doing, and figure out what support will work for you.
We’ll also check if there’s anything else your family might need. After that, we’ll invite you to visit us for either a one-to-one session or join a small group. It’s completely voluntary, so you’re in control, and it’s your choice to take part.
