a listening ear and a friendly face

These sessions give young women a calm, intimate space to talk things through with another female. For lots of these women, they’ve been let down in various ways – the system is broken and in many ways they’re set up to fail, through no control of their own. We help them see they're not the problem and worthy of more.

They choose to come to us in our homely setting because they know who they’ll meet, what to expect, and that they’ll be listened to with care and respect, and without fear of ever being judged.

our services

Meeting young women at home, often where they feel most comfortable, we provide personalised support for those who are maybe neurodiverse, shy, or are experiencing mental health challenges.

Our specialised group programmes are influenced by the young women themselves – giving them real ownership over what they learn and create together.

When things feel overwhelming, we speak up on behalf of young women. As trusted advocates, we make sure they’re heard, have access to the support they’re entitled to, and can move forward with confidence.

Working with pregnant young women and teenage mothers, we help them navigate the challenges of early parenthood, including health, education, and financial pressures.
