Asking for help can feel pretty scary or confusing – and that’s totally normal. We’re here to make it simple and safe.

You can get support if you’re pregnant, a young mother, or just having a tough time. You can be referred by someone like your school or social worker, or you can reach out yourself – no one will judge you, and we’ll help you figure out what support works best for you.

how to access support

If you’re a young woman aged 11-19, you can access our services. You can be referred to us through your school, or maybe a social worker or nurse practitioner, or you make a self-referral. Once a referral is agreed, we’ll arrange a relaxed home visit.

what to expect

Our sessions are small and relaxed, with absolutely no pressure to talk. You can just listen, take it at your own pace, and join in, if and when, you feel ready. It doesn’t feel like school or the GP’s room – most of the time we’ll have hot chocolate and toast, and it ends up feeling like you’re chatting with your mates.
