He supports YWP’s digital and strategic direction, helping the team make the most of technology to strengthen how they work and connect with young women. Drawing on his background in IT and transformation, Tom ensures systems are joined-up, secure, and able to support the incredible work the charity delivers every day. He finds the charity’s strong sense of purpose and community especially motivating.
Outside of work, Tom’s two girls keep him busy. When he does find some spare time, he’s a self-confessed tech enthusiast often experimenting with new gadgets or home automation projects.
